Grydale has established service divisions to provide technical training and support across Australia, North America and Europe. Our service division employees have all undertaken specialist training on our fleet of machines and also possess previous experience in above and below ground construction.

To keep our dust collectors operation at all times, we have established spare parts stores across the globe to carry sufficient stock of spares for all critical repairs.

Our experienced service team consistently provide our clients with pro-active and corrective servicing recommendations in addition to on-going technical training and support. Regular servicing and maintenance of the units helps to improve the machines’ performance and maximise their up-time.

Pre-Hire Checks

To ensure our machines are ready to operate immediately upon arrival, 0ur maintenance team perform comprehensive pre-hire checks before delivery.

On-Site Training

Full training is provided upon delivered and ongoing training and support is provided for the lifetime of your project to assist any new personnel. Online resources are also available.

Servicing and Maintenance

Weekly preventative maintenance checks are recommended. Our service team are able to support any corrective maintenance that is required to maximise the efficiency of the units. Scheduled servicing of electrical components, hydraulics, filters, compressor and safety systems is also supported by the service division for the duration of the hire period.

Ongoing Support 24/7

Our dedicated service team are available 24/7 for the duration of the hire period to provide any servicing and maintenance requirement.  We encourage regular servicing and maintenance of the machines to improve their performance and maximises productivity.
