JMS-60-MES

Largest Air Volume Mobile Dust Collector on Market

60 m3/s (125,000 CFM) Mobile, Electric, Skid Dust Collector

JMS-60-MES. Product Overview.

The JMS-60-MES is the largest mobile dust collector on the market, designed for high-volume industrial, tunnelling and mining applications. With an impressive airflow of 60 m³/s (125,000 CFM), this electric skid-mounted dust collector provides unmatched dust extraction performance, helping contractors and plant operators maintain safe, compliant, and productive work environments.

The JMS-60-MES (Mobile, Electric, Skid) is a complete dust collection system featuring a dirty air intake(s), filter house, clean air box, silencer, exhaust, dust discharge system and centrifugal fan used to create 60 m3/s (125,000 CFM) @ -3.5 kPa.* The unit is mounted on a single manoeuvrable skid base.

* Alternative centrifugal fans can be used to optimise air volume and pressure to suit site conditions and specific applications.

JMS-60-MES. 60  m³/s (125,000  CFM) Mobile Dust Collector for High-Volume Industrial Applications

The JMS-60-MES is engineered for large-scale dust control in industries where high airflow and reliable dust extraction are critical. Whether in tunnel construction, mining operations, or heavy industrial worksites, the JMS-60-MES mobile dust collector removes Respirable Crystalline Silica (RCS), concrete dust, and other hazardous airborne particles, reducing workplace exposure to safe levels in line with Safe Work Australia regulations and other global regulatory standards.

Key benefits of the JMS-60-MES include:

  • Maximum airflow for rapid dust removal
  • Mobile and easy to deploy to multiple work areas
  • Skid-mounted design for stability and ease of transport
  • Electric-powered operation for quiet, efficient performance
  • Compliance with Australian WHS dust control standards

JMS-60-MES. Electric Skid-Mounted Dust Collector for Maximum Airflow.

Designed for continuous industrial operation, the JMS-60-MES provides reliable performance even in demanding work environments. Its skid-mounted, fully electric system ensures energy-efficient dust extraction while minimising on-site noise.

Applications for the JMS-60-MES include:

  • Tunnel and underground construction ventilation
  • Mining and quarrying operations
  • Large-scale demolition and recycling facilities
  • Industrial manufacturing plants

Mobility. Drag Skid.

The JMS-60-MES (Mobile, Electric, Skid) units can be easily moved with a crane using the four lifting lugs or dragged into position using the rigging mounts at the end of the machine. Units mounted on drag skids are perfect when dust collection needs are relatively static.

Optional Upgrade.

Hydraulic Stepping Systems – The hydraulic stepping system powers four legs that lift the unit up, while a pair of skates moves the unit forward and backwards, this movement is repeated to achieve the desired travel distance.

Power.  Electric.

The JMS-60-MES uses a 415 V – 3 Ph – 50 Hz or 1000 V electric to power the centrifugal exhaust fan.

Power. Efficiency.
One of the key features of the JMS-60-MES is the inclusion of a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) as part of the standard configuration. The VFD ensures the dust collector provides the required air flow using the least amount of power. If there is insufficient air flow, the air flow meter on the dust collector will turn up the Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) to generate more air volume. Equally the air flow meter will turn down the VFD so the dust collector uses less kW for the same amount of volume depending on the temperature and conditions. This makes the units power efficient, and clients have reported they have been able to reduce their power consumption by up to 40%.
